Know all men by these presents that I William M. Glenn of Bond County and State of Illinois and
Cynthia Jane the wife of the said William M Glenn and also that I Robert Glenn of said County and State aforesaid,
and Jane Richardson the wife of the said Robert Glenn and also I Jessie R. Glenn of the County and state aforesaid,
and Mary Elizabeth the wife of the said Jessie R. Glenn and also I Marshall Hunter of the County and State aforesaid,
and Elizabeth McCreanals the wife of the said Marshal Hunter and also William Maclin Hunter of the said County and State aforesaid
and Nancy Ramsey the wife of the said William M. Hunter and also I Martha Elam Grigg of Bond County and State aforesaid,
We in consideration of the sum of Fifty Dollars to us payed in hand by Martin A. Washburn of the County of Bond and State of Illinois,
the Receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge, have bargained, sold, and Quit Claim and by the payment do bargain sell and Quit Claim
unto the said Martin A. Washburn and to his heires and assigns forever all our and each of our Rights title
interest estate claim and demand, both at law and in Equity and as well in possession or in expectatancy of in
and to all that certain piece of land, situate and lying in the County of Bond and State of Illinois
on the North end of the North West Quarter of the North East Quarter of Section No. Nineteen in Township six Range Two West
Containing ten acres. With all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging in the 14th day of March AD 1853.
